Below is a checklist of all items carried out on each visit. All items are checked for damage, fatigue or wear.

• Lubrication of springs, hinges & operator shaft
• Check wheels & axles
• Check hinges
• Check cables for signs of wear or fatigue
• Check bearings in bearing plates
• Check bearings & sheave pulley wheels
• Tension door
• Check operator v belt
• Check operator push arm
• Inspect door panel for any damage
